The SiT3541 is a ruggedized, ultra-low jitter, I2C/SPI programmable oscillator operating from 1 to 340 MHz, with an acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g for high-reliability applications. It supports Any-frequency mode for programmable output in 1 Hz steps and DCO mode with up to ±3200 ppm frequency pulling at resolutions as low as 5 ppt. The device features integrated LDO for power supply noise rejection, 0.21 ps typical integrated phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output options. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C, and the package is a 10-lead QFN measuring 5.0 x 3.2 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with Pb-free, halogen-free construction.
