The SiT3521 is a 1 to 340 MHz I2C/SPI programmable oscillator with a 5.0 x 3.2 mm 10-lead QFN package, supporting LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL outputs and operating from -40°C to 105°C. It offers user-programmable frequencies in 1 Hz steps and digitally controlled oscillator mode with up to ±3200 ppm pull range and 5 ppt resolution. Integrated LDO provides 0.02 ps/mV power supply noise rejection, and typical integrated phase jitter is 0.21 ps from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. RoHS and REACH compliant.
