It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating temperature ranges extend from -40°C to 105°C, and it integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise without requiring an external LDO. The device supports LVDS output signaling and a ±200 ppm pull range, with supply voltage options of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
