The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. This variant features LVDS signaling, a 2.5 V supply, and a pull range of ±25 ppm, with frequency stability of ±25 ppm and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports extended industrial temperature operation up to 85°C and is built using SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to environmental stress.
