The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVDS signaling, operates at 2.8 V ±10%, and offers a frequency pull range of ±25 ppm. The device is available in a 3.2 × 2.5 mm package and maintains frequency stability of ±50 ppm. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO.
