The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVDS signaling, operates at 3.0 V, and offers a pull range of ±300 ppm. The device features a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package, a frequency stability of ±25 ppm, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Power supply noise is internally filtered, eliminating the need for an external LDO.
