The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO featuring ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and support for pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It operates across industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling and is designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise, programmable clocking in noisy environments.
