The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with programmable frequency accurate to six decimal places, offering typcial phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and is designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring low jitter and high stability in noisy environments.
