The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance timing in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features a ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports LVPECL output signaling and operates from a 2.8 V supply. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resilience against thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
