The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, delivering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and features pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The device uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to shock, vibration, and thermal gradients.
