The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVDS signaling, operates with a 3.0 V supply, and offers a pull range of ±25 ppm. The device features ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is available in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with a center pad and includes an output enable function. The part integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS™ and TurboCompensation™ technologies for resistance to environmental stress.
