The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It offers programmable frequency accuracy to six decimal places, with pull range options up to ±3200 ppm and factory-programmable voltage levels of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and achieves frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across industrial temperature ranges of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling. DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies provide resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
