The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance timing applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and offers pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The part generates LVDS output signaling with a 2.8 V supply voltage and includes an output enable function. Phase jitter is rated at 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
