The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 3.0 V supply, and provides a pull range of ±50 ppm. The device offers frequency stability of ±25 ppm and achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package and supports extended industrial temperature operation from -40°C to 105°C. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO.
