The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features a phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 × 5.0 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 3.2 × 2.5 mm. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO. The part includes options for LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling, and programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
