The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling and is powered by 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supplies.
