Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise, eliminating the need for an external LDO.
