The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVDS signaling, a 2.8 V supply, and a pull range of ±25 ppm, with frequency stability of ±35 ppm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm surface-mount package with a center pad. It integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and features DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. Phase jitter is 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
