The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operable from -40°C to 105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to environmental disturbances. This device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
