The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and typ. 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device operates across industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling, with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
