The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates from -40°C to 105°C and is available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. This variant uses LVPECL signaling with a 3.0 V supply in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package, with no output enable. The extended industrial temperature range is supported.
