The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. The part supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling options and is factory programmable for frequency, voltage, and pull range.
