The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO featuring ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device supports LVPECL output signaling, a 2.8 V supply voltage, and pull ranges up to ±200 ppm. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist environmental disturbances such as airflow, vibration, and thermal gradients.
