The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and support for LVDS signaling in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package. It operates across the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise. The device supports output enable functionality in larger packages and is designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring ultra-low jitter and programmable pull ranges.
