The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device operates across industrial temperature ranges up to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It offers programmable pull ranges including ±80 ppm and supports LVDS output signaling, with an extended industrial temperature rating up to 105°C.
