It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is housed in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with a center pad. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist environmental disturbances. A 50.000000 MHz output frequency and ±50 ppm pull range are factory-programmed options supported by the series.
