The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and support for LVDS signaling. It is available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
