The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resilience against airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. The part supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
