The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Factory-programmable options include LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL signaling, supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, and pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
