The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It features a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device includes integrated power supply noise filtering and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling options include LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
