The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, offering typ. 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports industry-standard packages in 7.0 × 5.0 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 3.2 × 2.5 mm sizes, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling, with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
