The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. The device supports LVPECL output signaling with a 3.0 V supply and offers a programmable pull range of ±25 ppm.
