The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, offering ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and operates across an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm, with LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling options.
