The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, engineered for demanding telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device supports extended industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and multiple output signaling types including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
