The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It features a 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports wide pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and operates across temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The part uses LVPECL signaling and operates at 2.8 V ±10%. Output Enable is not available on the 3.2 x 2.5 mm package.
