The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device operates across extended industrial temperature ranges up to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It is designed for applications requiring low jitter in telecom, networking, and industrial systems, including Ethernet and PCIe.
