The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO featuring ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and support for pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It operates across industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resilience against airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with programmable voltage options of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
