The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, and includes an output enable option in larger packages.
