The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The part features a ±100 ppm pull range and operates at 2.8 V ±10% with LVDS signaling. It is engineered with DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for robust performance against thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
