The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers phase jitter as low as 0.225 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth) and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It is available with LVDS signaling and a pull range of ±90 ppm, designed for high-performance applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems.
