The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It features ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and support for extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. The device includes on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL options. Its TwinMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies provide resilience to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
