The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, offered in industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. This part includes LVDS output signaling, a 2.8 V supply voltage, and a ±35 ppm frequency stability option.
