The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO featuring Ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. This part supports LVDS signaling (code '4'), a 3.0 V power supply (code '30'), and a ±150 ppm pull range (code 'G'). The Output Enable function is available in the 5.0 x 3.2 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. All variants are programmable for frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range, eliminating custom quartz lead times.
