The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It features Ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and supports extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. Output signaling is LVDS, with a supply voltage of 2.8 V ±10% and a pull range of ±100 ppm. The Output Enable function is supported due to the 7.0 x 5.0 mm or 5.0 x 3.2 mm package size.
