The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and supports pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with programmable frequency to six decimal places. Output Enable functionality is available in the 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages only.
