The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device supports LVDS output signaling and a 3.3 V supply voltage, with a programmable pull range of ±90 ppm. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to environmental stressors.
