The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. This part uses LVDS signaling, operates at 2.8 V ±10%, and includes an output enable function, with a 5.0 x 3.2 mm center-pad package.
