The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, utilizing DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It supports LVDS signaling, a 7.0 x 5.0 mm surface-mount package, frequency stability of ±15 ppm, and a pull range of ±1600 ppm. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
