The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ±15 ppm frequency stability and 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from -40°C to 105°C, and is available in industry-standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
