The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for exceptional resistance to environmental stress. Output signaling is LVDS, with a 2.8 V supply and ±35 ppm pull range, and includes an output enable function.
